We need to have equal values

A person who is nice to you but not to the waiter, is not a nice person.

 

In order for us to work together, we must have the same values. We need to like your way of thinking and how you run your business. Just like you need to like us.

 

If you are just chasing the bottom line, see employees as consumables, want something quick and cheap or have an "extremely tight budget" then we will not work together.

 

But if you feel that our English statement is something you agree with. Don't be a stranger.
